Pilot Plants

After obtaining good results in batch reactors we built a lab size, continuous flow pilot plant. This demonstrated the viability of the process and was used used for testing and optimization.

A larger, warehouse size pilot plant was then built. This showed that the process was scalable as the results from the larger pilot plant closely matched the results from the smaller one.
